On the day of the test:
After signing in, we will take your height, weight, and arm span. You will then begin working your way through the testing stations. Tests include 3-cone drill, 40 yard dash, 20 yard shuttle, and broad jump. If you have never done these drills before - that’s ok! Our coaches will be on site to show you how to properly perform each drill. You may do each station twice and only your best score will be recorded. It will take around 30 minutes to complete the tests depending on how many athletes are on site at a given time.
